The Quantum Business Community began with that quiet recognition, and with two people who didn’t want to choose between spiritual rooms with no path forward and business programmes with no soul.
The founders
Her vision. His build.
Laura Vaillancourt carried the founding vision. She had done years of the inner work and wanted a place to do it in good company, with other people, rather than alone. She inspired the community and brought it to Roy.
Roy Castleman built it. He pairs a long working life of building businesses of his own with deep transformational practice, and he created the foundation: the school, the platform, the rhythm, that made Laura’s vision real.
Together they made a home for people who already feel that their inner state shapes what they create, and who were tired of doing that work in isolation.
