The founders
Her vision. His build.
Laura Vaillancourt carried the founding vision. She had done years of the inner work — Dispenza’s teachings and beyond — and wanted a place to do it in good company, with other people, rather than alone. She inspired the community and brought it to Roy.
Roy Castleman built it. He pairs lived seven-figure business experience with deep transformational practice, and he created the foundation — the school, the platform, the rhythm — that made Laura’s vision real.
Together they made a home for people who already feel that their inner state shapes what they create — and who were tired of doing that work in isolation.
